How to connect Adyen device to WIFI and enable cellular connectivity
WiFI connectivity
Adyen devices provided to stores with pre configured profile (YO! Private), which can be managed centrally from Adyen Portal. In case if we have to change the WIFI or check connectivity please follow below process.
1) Turn on Adyen Device.
2) Select settings from home screen

3) Select Network from settings

3) Enter Passcode 9622

4) Select WIFI from menu

5) Select the WIFI network from menu and enter password to connect to WIFI.

Cellular connectivity
To enable cellular connectivity, please follow below steps.
1) Make a note of serial number of device. (this can be done from Adyen portal or from devices itself).
2) Serial number is printed on back of device or it can be viewed from settings and Device info.


3) Once you have serial number of devices please call Adyen support +44 20 4579 9461 and request to enable cellular connectivity on device.
4) Once confirmed from Adyen cellular connectivity is enabled on device please disable the WIFI on device.
5) to Disable WIFI on device please follow steps 1 to 4 on ( WIFI connectivity) and turn off WIFI.
6) Once WIFI turned off, cellular connectivity will be enabled and device will have cellular signals and 4G connectivity sign on top right corner

7) Once cellular connectivity enabled, please log into device using store credentials and perform test transaction.
To Disable cellular connectivity, Please enable WIFI on the device.
Once WIFI enabled on device, it will connect to WIFI saved on device. (YO! Private).
