Troubleshooting
When experiencing an issue with the Vita Mojo software, please be sure to check these three instances and go over the following instructions to try to resolve any issues.
If this does not resolve the issue, then please contact support@vmos.io providing as detailed instruction of what is going wrong as well as any screenshots and/or videos.
Vita Mojo App
If the app is behaving is frozen or not responding, you will be required to force close the app.
1. Press the home button twice in quick succession, and the following screen should appear.

2. Swipe up the app to force close it. Once the app is closed, re-open the app and you
should see the Select Application screen.

Printer
If the printer stops printing or displays an error message saying that the printer is disconnected please follow these steps:
1. Check that the printer lid is properly closed
2. Check there is paper in the printer
3. Check that all the cables are firmly attached to the printer
4. Check that the socket where the printer is plugged is switched on
Once all these checks are done
1. Force close the app
2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and search for the printer (TM m-30)
3. Tap on the i close to the connection status (Connected/Not Connected)

4. On the next screen tap on Forget This Device

5. Switch off the printer
6. And deactivate the Bluetooth of the iPad

7. Follow these steps in reverse and the printer should be fixed
iZettle 2
If the iZettle is not triggering the payment it could be due to either an iZettle being cross-connected or an iZettle not being properly connected.
To resolve these issues, follow these steps.
1. Trigger a payment on the Kiosk or Epos

2. Click on the i at the top left and select Card Readers

3. Scroll down and click on forget on all the Card readers connected.
4. Force close the app
5. Open the app and connect back the iZettle
NOTE:If the iZettle has been previously connected to another operating iPad, it would be required to forget the device on that iPad. The best solution to avoid this from happening is to label the iPads and iZettle.
