Cash, Staff Food and Discounts
Cash Orders
We are moving to cashless however there are some exceptions for extremely vulnerable people where will accept cash.
To process this, you would go to the new order screen on any FOH screen and select new order enter the items and select the cash tender. The cash will need banked manually. (Process to follow)
Staff Food
To process this, you would go to the new order screen on any FOH screen and select new order enter the items and then place order. To Cash off select the 3 bubbles and then select Staff Foof this will mark it as paid and will flow like a instore order.
Staff Discount
A weekly code will be distributed to you for any visitors from other sites or Head office, this code will need to be given to the team member once they have proved to you, that they work for YO! (360 login or Payslip) they can then add this to their order to receive a 50% discount. This will be monitored closely.
Discounts
There are several discounts setup from existing partners i.e. Unidays (20% off), Blue Light (25% off) and Walkers 241 on Large Katsu’s. All these discounts are single use code based and the guest will need to enter and apply to the Discount code section of the checkout as they place there order. See below:
Gift Card
We are unable to accept Gift card payments at the moment, We are working on a solution and the balances will be transferred and the expiry date extended.
Re printing receipts
If a guest requires a printed receipt either because they have not asked for one to be emailed from the kiosk or any other reason. You can reprint from any of the screens with a printer by going into order history, find the order and tap on the pencil on the right hand side of the screen to open the order and select reprint receipt.
Reporting
You can run X and Z reports from the Finance reports section from any screen with a printer. We are working on a reporting suite you will be able to access remotely and analyse the data.
