Refunds
1. Open the app and select POS.
2. Use your login details to log in. In some cases a manager account will be required.
3. Go to the side menu and select Order History.
4. Find the order that needs refunding and tap on the pencil on the right hand side of the screen to open the order.

5. Then tap on Issue Refund. A pop up will come up. You can then change the amount refunded in case of a Partial Refund and tap Refund and follow the instructions on the screen.
