Excel missing SAGE plugin

Office 365 not synced with one drive or account
If you are having issues with office 365 not synced with your account and unable to save files automatically on one drive or teams. please check below.
Please check your PC or laptop is connected to internet and can access share drives or able to browse online.

Please check on right hand top corner and confirm your are logged in with your email account and displaying your name.
If you are not logged in please sign in to your account by using your email address and password.
Please note this is for all of Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook.
