Keyboard or mouse not working

Please establish type of keyboard whether its wired or wireless.
- If the keyboard is wired.
- please check the keyboard is connected to PC or laptop or docking station.
- Please check the cable and confirm its not damaged or broken.
- Please press CAPS lock or Scroll lock button and confirm any light turn on and off on keyboard.
- if no light appears on keyboard when CAPS lock or Scroll button pressed please reset the keyboard cable and restart the computer or laptop or power on/off on docking station.
- If all above tried and keyboard not working please log a call with help desk for replacement keyboard.
- If the keyboard is wireless
- Please check the batteries of keyboard and if possible replace the batteries.
- Please check the dongle is connected to USB on PC or laptop or docking station.
- Try resetting the dongle on PC or laptop or docking.
- Please press CAPS lock or Scroll lock button and confirm any light turn on and off on keyboard.
- if no light appears on keyboard when CAPS lock or Scroll button pressed please reset the keyboard cable and restart the computer or laptop or power on/off on docking station.
- If all above tried and keyboard not working please log a call with help desk for replacement keyboard.

Mouse not working
- If the mouse is wired.
- please check the mouse is connected to PC or laptop or docking station.
- Please check the cable and confirm its not damaged or broken.
- Please check the light under the mouse and confirm have light.
- if no light appears on mouse restart the computer or laptop or power on/off on docking station.
- If all above tried and mouse not working please log a call with help desk for replacement keyboard.
- If the mouse is wireless
- Please check the batteries of mouse and if possible replace the batteries.
- Please check the dongle is connected to USB on PC or laptop or docking station.
- Please check the light under the mouse and confirm have light.
- if no light appears on mouse restart the computer or laptop or power on/off on docking station.
- If all above tried and keyboard not working please log a call with help desk for replacement keyboard.
Please note wireless keyboard and mouse only have one dongle and if either one of mouse or keyboard is not working then its most likely the batteries of device.
